Al Wilson is a freelance sound recordist living in New Zealand, and able to travel just about anywhere. He is based in Auckland operating as a sound recordist.
He has Built his reputation as a friendly and easy going sound recordist who always records quality sound and has a passion for working in the field.

Al has worked on some of New Zealand's top rating reality and life style shows, as well as international jobs in New Zealand.
This covering festival arts for IMG Australia, Americas Cup for ARD Germany and International fly fishing documentaries for distribution world wide.

His television carrier started in Queenstown, (one of the main adventure centers of New Zealand) working amongst the fast paced ski industry, covering all extremes of ski racing plus the prestigious streets of Queenstown motor racing.

Since then he hasn't looked back and has been able to take on every new challenge with a will to succeed.
